Student Engagement is transitioning to a new system for student organization management. As a result, the Involved@Illinois platform will no longer be available starting Tuesday, August 29 at Noon. All temporary forms replacing forms from the Involved@Illinois platform can be found below.

Student Org Event Registration

Event Registration Form
The Event Registration form is used to register an event for a student organization that wishes to use space on campus. Only the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Membership Director may submit this form. They must have completed the Event Registration Orientation, and the student org must also be registered and in compliance.

Student Org Finances

  • Payment Request
    The Payment Request form is used to request the purchase of goods and services for all student orgs. Only the Treasurer may submit this form. The student org must also be registered and in compliance.

    The single form is for the following types of Payment Requests:

    • On-Campus Purchases
    • Off-Campus Purchases (only available to student orgs that have received SORF funding)
    • Reimbursements
    • Student Org to Student Org Transfers
    • Donations
  • Student Org General Fund Balance Request (via email)
    To request the current balance of your Student Org General Fund, please email studentorgfinancecenter@illinois.edu. Only the Treasurer may submit this form. The student org must also be registered and in compliance.
  • Student Org General Fund Number Request (via email)
    To request the Student Org General Fund Number, please email studentorgfinancecenter@illinois.edu. Only the Treasurer may submit this form. The student org must also be registered and in compliance.
